Eligibility Criteria for ADB Scholarship for University of Tokyo in Japan
- Be a citizen of a country that is an ADB member.
- An outstanding academic record and a bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent.
- At the time of application, have at least two (2) years of full-time professional working experience (gained after receiving a degree from a university).
