- Applicants seeking a master’s degree can apply.
- Bachelors must be submitted by September 2022 at the latest.
- The applicant must have community service and management experience.
- Applicants must provide evidence of their economic and financial requirements to continue their studies abroad. Applicants must be academically eligible for admission to the extent of their interest.
- Applicants must not have previously enrolled in another postgraduate degree with a scholarship.
