1. Koç University Undergraduate International Scholarships
Koç University offers a number of scholarships to brilliant and outstanding international undergraduate students. There is no distinct application process or scholarship application. If a scholarship has been given to them or not, all applicants will be notified along with their admissions offer. Before submitting your application, please keep the following information in mind if you want to be considered for a merit-based scholarship:
- The Admissions Committee initially evaluates all accepted students for a merit-based scholarship based solely on academic merit (need-blind). For the duration of the program, these scholarships may be given out for 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% of the annual tuition. Scholarships awarded on the basis of merit do not include any additional benefits (housing, living costs, books, etc.).
- For accepted international students, the School of Medicine DOES NOT award any kind of merit- or need-based scholarships. Before applying, you should carefully consider whether you will be able to pay for your medical school education on your own.
- If you are a strong candidate for a scholarship, applying early until April may improve your chances.
