The University of York International Regional Scholarships are awarded to international students to help them achieve their goals at the University of York.
Benefits of the International Regional Scholarship
International Regional Scholarship offers one one-time payment of £9000 for the first year only.

Criteria
To qualify for a Regional Scholarship, you need to be:
- possess a conditional or unconditional offer, by August 31, 2024, to enroll in courses at the University of York
- and be covering costs at the foreign charge rate (any evaluation of fees needs to be finished before August 31, 2024).
- plan to enroll in an undergraduate or graduate program full-time.

2. Dean’s Global Excellence Scholarship
Talented undergraduate students within the faculties might get a tuition price discount as a reward for excellence through the Dean’s Global Excellence Scholarship.

- have an offer, either unconditional or conditional, to enroll in York University by May 1, 2024.
- be covering costs at the foreign charge rate (any evaluation of fees needs to be finished before May 1, 2024).
- plan to enroll in an undergraduate program full-time.
Application Procedure
Every undergraduate student who has received an offer from York University will be automatically considered, and the successful applicants will be notified by Friday, May 10, 2024. It is not necessary to submit an official scholarship application.

3. Equal Access Scholarship
Equal Access Scholarships help students who are seeking asylum to pursue higher education. We also offer bursaries to students who are refugees, as well as committed guidance and assistance to all applicants and students who are seeking sanctuary.

4. International Achievement Scholarship
The goal of offering the International Achievement Scholarship award is to honor the accomplishments of the most talented and motivated overseas applicants for undergraduate study. International students are given these scholarships to help them succeed at the University of York. 50 undergraduate prizes with a tuition fee reduction of £10,000.

Criteria
In order to qualify for an Achievement Scholarship, you have to:
- have a scholarship offer, either unconditional or conditional, to attend the University of York by May 1, 2024.
- be making payments at the foreign fee rate (all fee assessments need to be finished before May 1, 2024).
- desire to enroll in undergraduate courses full-time.
- possess anticipated or attained A Level ABB, 34 points on the International Baccalaureate, or grades comparable thereto.
